Evan Petersen's essay and others, present an excellent analysis of the intentions of the Bush Administration in Iran. Only limited time is left to stop the U.S. war juggernaut. There will be cataclysmic consequences if the Bush regime is allowed to continue it's current policies. "A nuclear exchange is inevitable" said the world's leading intellectual Noam Chomsky on March 5, 2006. We must speak frankly and call a spade a spade while time remains. My own conclusions are the result of extensive research of the many expert papers on "Nuclear War With Iran". A Google search alone listed over 18,000,000 articles on this subject. Please don't dismiss the conclusions of my research because you think they are too fantastic and impossible to be true. I am a Professional Engineer, trained to separate fact from fantasy and get at the facts behind problems and the truth behind propaganda. I'm always open to change my analysis if new facts contradict it and I pray my conclusions are wrong. I am definitely not anti-American. I was born and raised on the ideals of the U.S. Founding Fathers until age 8. I still admire America's great men and want Americans to take back their country and return to the principles which made it great. Condemning the Bush regime, and exposing it's l;ies, crimes and war plans, is what many American patriots are doing today. A criminal conspiracy
- the Bush regime - has controlled the levers of power in the
U.S.A. since 2000. Voting machine and related frauds gave
Bush the presidency in both 2000 and 2004. The proof is on our
website under U.S.
Elections. They committed major crimes against the U.S. Constitution and International law by launching an illegal war against Iraq, based on a series of lies to the American people and Congress. Many U.S. analysts are convinced the Bush regime staged the 9/11 "terrorist" attacks in 2001 and then used it to justify their wars on Afghanistan and Iraq. They got away with this first giant crime and managed to suppress criticism - except for the internet. Many analysts, including myself, believe the Bush regime will stage another 9/11 type of attack and use it to justify the greatest crime in history - the pre-emptive use of nuclear weapons against another state - Iran - and probably against other states, once he has crossed the nuclear threshold. Bush has already enacted laws and procedures that create fascism in the U.S. under the guise of "protecting freedom and democracy". After another "terrorist" act on America, the Bush regime will blame Iran and launch it's planned major war on Iran. It will then use the crises to justify much more draconian domestic steps to prevent and suppress any dissent, or opposition, including the use of martial law techniques and the draft. There are far more details and links with others which corroborate this summary on our website, find them by catogory or by using the search engine on http://.www.nuclearfreenz.org.nz By inventing new nuclear doctrines, the Bush regime licensed themselves to use nuclear weapons as an extension of conventional warfare. They also licensed themselves to pre-emptively wage nuclear war against both nuclear and non-nuclear weapon states. That would trigger an international global nuclear war and destroy humanity. Amazing as it may seem, they have the approval of Congress and the Senate to take such a step. 50 years of studying nuclear war scenarios have convinced me that any nuclear attack would quickly expand to the other 8 nuclear weapon states. Billions of people would die a horrible death in the first few days, and the rest die in following weeks, suffering agonising burns, blast, radiation, starvation and disease with no-one and no doctors to help. Those still alive will watch helplessly while their children die, wishing they had acted to stop the insanity of the Bush regime before it started a global holocaust. Summary: A criminal conspiracy - the Bush regime - already engaged in committing major domestic and international crimes, can destroy the world if it is allowed to continue. Noam Chomsky, one of the world's leading intellectuals said on March 5, 2006. "There are dire consequences to the current direction of U.S. foreign policy: a nuclear exchange is inevitable". See the full article and more details on Bush Plans for nuclear war against Iran on http://www.nuclearfree.org.nz/USWarIran.htm That is the terrible
reality of today. Can we prevent this Armageddon - the most
horrific crime in history?.

"UN
REFORM" MEANS EVISCERATION: by Evan Augustine Peterson III, J.D. March 12, 2006
Synopsis: Mr. Bush sent neocon UN Ambassador John Bolton to destroy the United Nations. For example, Bolton's new package of "reforms" is loaded with perquisites for big-business and more power for Washington. Penultimately, Bolton aims to coerce the UN into either permitting a "pre-emptive war" against Iran or remaining silent when the debacle commences anyway. Ultimately, Bolton aims to remake the UN into a reliable rubber-stamp for the militarized version of American foreign policy. To paraphrase Shakespeare, methinks this doth not portend well for the fate of the UN! If Mr. Whitney is correct, it's time to de-link international law from the United Nations. Consider this Wednesday's referral of Iran to the UN Security Council, and this week's coordinated drumbeat for war - as illustrated by Dick Cheney and John Bolton's saber-rattling speeches to AIPAC, Bill O'Reilly's on-air statement that "blowing Iran off the face of the earth...would be the sane thing to do", and Mr. Bush's public statement that Iran's nuclear program poses a "grave threat to US national security." It's déjà vu! Only the names have changed slightly, from "Iraq" to "Iran." Now consider the following essays, bearing in mind that it will be virtually imposslble for Congress to commence impeachment proceedings after Mr. Bush has invaded Iran: [1] Mike Whitney's 3-11-06 CC essay, "The 48-Hour Media Blitz For War With Iran" [During the past 48 hours, propagandistic statements about the "impending danger" from Iran were issued by Bush, Cheney, Rice, Bolton, Burns, Congress, and Israel. It's not a coincidence. They've begun their propaganda campaign for the next war.]: http://www.countercurrents.org/whitney110306.htm [2] Chris Cook's 3-11-06 CC essay, "What The Iran 'Nuclear Issue' Is Really About" [The International Petroleum Exchange's former director says the USA's threatened invasion of Iran has nothing to do with nuclear weapons, and everything to do with the Bush administration's determination to use force of arms to maintain American monetary dominance and energy security. By the way, a "bourse" is a stock market in a non-English speaking country.]: http://www.countercurrents.org/iran-cook110306.htm [3] William Engdahl's
3-10-06 GR essay, "No, The Iranian Oil Bourse Is Not A Casus Belli"
[Despite the myth, Iran's oil bourse is NOT a legitimate basis
for the USA to invade.]: http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=%20EN20060310&articleId=2076

OnlineJournal essay, "Iran: More Jaw And Less War" [Diplomacy
is the better alternative to war, but diplomacy's in short supply

Is The Neocon Nightmare Winding Down, Or Just Getting Started?":

Furthermore, you know
something's wrong when the "once-loyal rats are deserting the
sinking ship of state," as is happening right now, according to
Bernard Weiner's insightful 3-10-06 TCP essay, "Conservatives
Are Jumping Ship: Bush Is Going Down": http://crisispapers.igc.org/essays6x/jumpingship.htm
The question all of
this raises is whether the power-drunk men at the helm of the
ship are willing to go down alone, or if they'll insist on taking
the entire planet with them? With Best Regards In
