by Larry Ross February 24, 2003 On Feb 23m at 10.00 am 3YA news it was reported that a senior UN inspector said the so-called US intelligence reports about alleged Iraq secret stockpiles were "garbage". This report was not repeated at 11.00am at 12.00noon and I did not see it in a newspaper. The reason I felt it is so important is that the US makes big claims that it has intelligence that Iraq has WMD. After repeated requests it agreed to hand on such intelligence to the UN inspection team for follow up on the ground - so as to verify US claims. However , so far as I know, the US has not provided the UN with any intelligence with which the UN was able to prove the US case. That is why I believe the senior UN inspector referred to US intelligence as "garbage". Why this is so important is that the US is preparing to wage a massive war, perhaps involving some 500,000 casualties and severe other consequences, on the basis of "garbage" intelligence. It would appear that the so-called "intelligence" is really phony - a construct of psychological warfare, for the purposes of deceiving the people in order to justify war. Its part of a series of lies and distortions repeated endlessly (Many are shown in my paper ' WORLD WAR III AND IRAQ' to condition the public to accept and approve of this genocide.
